Thomas English

As managing principal, Mr. English directs the full scope of development and acquisition services for the firm, including financial forecasting, land acquisition, entitlements and compliance, development, construction, leasing and marketing. He has built the firm to be an agile, opportunistic developer, with the ability to identify favorable investments and act quickly on them. English’s career in commercial real estate began with CB Richard Ellis, concentrating in the retail arena, where he handled national retailer representation, land sales, shopping center leasing and multi-location disposition. Subsequently, he was a principal in Maquina Realty Corporation, an Indianapolis based investor/developer. As a principal, English has acquired and developed 22 properties with an aggregate value of $170 million. He is active in professional and industry groups, including the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute.
