Tom is a 32-year veteran and co-owner of The Hoffman Company. Tom is regarded as one of the top land experts in his field during his 30+ year career. His specialties include land for homebuilding, multi-family, industrial, and investment in Southern California. Tom has closed major land sales throughout Southern California in San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and Ventura Counties. Tom is a member of the Board of Directors of Western Community Housing (WCH) a non-profit housing provider with over 7,500 units and 12,000 residents. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Land Planning from the University of Southern California and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in both California and Nevada.
