Thomas Capocefalo

Tom Capocefalo is the Miami-based, Executive Managing Director and Market Leader for Savills South Florida. His 30 years of experience in commercial real estate advisory includes solving complex workplace issues for major corporations. Tom was selected and recruited to Savills in 2000 as a principal for the opening of the firm’s Miami office. He represents clients from a broad range of industries, including legal, engineering, and consulting firms. As a preeminent tenant/occupier-focused advisor, he specializes in locating, analyzing, negotiating, and structuring complex office and industrial lease transactions. Tom is also a member of the company’s law firm practice group and a licensed real estate broker in Florida and New York. His expertise includes new lease negotiations, restructures, dispositions, and build-to-suits. Tom recently completed the 265,000 SF headquarters lease for Interport Corp., and he negotiated the 100,000 SF warehouse facility on behalf of Telemundo Corporation.
