Thomas Boyle

Tom Boyle has been licensed as a Connecticut Real Estate Broker since 1973. Tom has considerable experience in the sale of all categories of income producing property including apartment complexes, office, retail and industrial properties throughout CT and Western MA. Tom has personally completed substantial real estate development transactions and has in depth personal expertise in all aspects of planning, zoning, building, land subdivision and construction. His experience includes bringing raw land through the development process from zoning approval through completion of construction of residential subdivisions and age restricted housing as a hands-on land developer. Direct participation in all phases of real estate as a broker, owner and manager has given Tom a varied perspective and practical approach in completing real estate transactions, adding tremendous value to his clients. Tom has acted in the traditional role of seller's broker as well as working in the capacity of buyer's broker, completing transactions with a wide range of investors, lending institutions, the FDIC, special servicers and other institutional clients. Tom holds Bachelors, Masters and Juris Doctorate Degrees and has been a member of the Connecticut Bar since 1980.
