Thomas Berry

Thomas Berry specializes in industrial tenant representation in the Greater Houston market, representing clients in the lease, acquisition and disposition of industrial facilities. With a background in managerial finance and real estate studies, he offers clients innovative cost-saving strategies and comprehensive risk analytics. Thomas joined Savills in 2020 after working as an associate for Avison Young’s industrial team in Houston. Prior to joining Avison Young, Thomas participated in several internship programs, including CAZ Investments, a private equity firm. While attending the University of Mississippi, he worked for the Ole Miss Athletics Foundation, where he assisted in raising more than $155 million in donations for the program.
