Thom Widawski

Thom entered the real estate profession in 1980 in Loveland Colorado. As Managing Broker of Verus Commercial, Inc., he has overseen over $286,000,000 in real estate transactions since the company was formed in 1993. His focus is in all aspects of Commercial Leasing, Sales and Investment Real Estate, with an emphasis on Investment Real Estate and Land Development. He has direct experience in land development, having developed several residential communities and commercial projects. In addition, a number of land and “build to suit” investments as well as “speculative” commercial buildings are a part of his resume.
