Terry Phillips

Terry Phillips is a CCIM and CPM. Terry has been the CCIM chapter president twice, awarded the CCIM Broker of the Year award and recognized as completing the 2nd largest sales transaction in the history of Clark County in 2009. His portfolio includes apartments, retail, office, and industrial buildings. He works extensively in sales, leasing, feasibility, management, financial analysis and valuation. Representing either owners or local, regional, or national tenants, Terry has negotiated over one thousand five hundred commercial leases in retail, office, and industrial facilities. As a part-time instructor at Clark College, he has taught courses in business, property acquisition and management. His practical experience, market knowledge, problem solving skills and management style benefits his clients. Terry graduated with honors in Communications and continues his education with professional courses in management, business and real estate brokerage.
