As President of Parker Commercial, Terry F. Parker directs the explosive growth of the company and spearheads new strategic initiatives. He is also responsible for seeking suitable retail properties and portfolios for acquisition, renovation and repositioning. With over 30 years experience in retail leasing, development, redevelopment and sales, Mr. Parker is well versed in all facets of the real estate services industry including owning and managing a successful commercial real estate brokerage firm. He has also handled several million square feet of retail lease negotiations. Mr. Parker has completed multiple major renovations and repositioning of shopping centers, which included his active participation in all phases of development and renovation, including architectural design and signage, leasing and merchandising, entitlements, governmental approvals, and construction management during and following the shopping center transformation. If the sale of the value-added retail center was part of the owner’s objective, Mr. Parker handled this as well.
