Terry Haught, a senior managing director with Newmark’s Palo Alto office, specializes in the sale and leasing of office and R&D properties. With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, Terry possesses a well-rounded understanding of all disciplines required to lease and sell commercial properties. Terry joined the firm’s Palo Alto office in November 1990. He has completed more than 450 lease transactions totaling over 7.0 million square feet, sold more than 30 buildings totaling $200 million in consideration and sold 175 acres of land for approximately $480 million in gross consideration. Terry’s client list includes professional service firms, Fortune 100 companies, emerging growth businesses, life science companies and startups. He has represented many Bay Area landlords, such as Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Broadreach Capital and Matteson Companies. Terry is a member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB).basketball, biking, and participating in his children’s numerous activities.
