For the past eighteen years I have specialized in multi-family investment properties. In June of 1984, I joined the downtown Vancouver office of NAI Commercial (formerly Goddard & Smith) after a successful career with Canada Permanent. The opportunity arose to help create an international department for the NAI Commercial London, UK office where I specialized in marketing North American properties to European pension funds and institutions. I also worked with senior partners to arrange their first international property auction in New York City. At the end of 1986, I returned to NAI Commercial in Vancouver to continue specializing in multi-family investment projects. I have sold over $800 million of multi-family properties, and for the past 10 years I have maintained a consistent position within the top 3 of NAI Commercial’s Top 10 sales list.
