Terry’s primary focus over the past 30 years has been representing manufacturing and distribution tenants and landlords in Indianapolis, executing a number of significant transactions in that time. Terry’s extensive market knowledge uniquely positions him to assist clients in a range of activities including negotiations to achieve optimal leasing solutions, build-to-suit projects, and securing best available economic incentive packages. In the past three years, Terry’s’ team has completed over 60M square feet of real estate transactions, with a total consideration of over $3.0B.
