Terry Armstrong

Terry Armstrong serves as Senior Vice President of Leasing and Acquisitions for Elberon’s commercial real estate portfolio throughout Central New Jersey. Mr. Armstrong oversees day-to-day leasing activities for Elberon’s existing tenant base as well as any vacancies within the portfolio. Mr. Armstrong is also tasked with sourcing acquisition opportunities to support the growth of Elberon’s approximate 2.5 million square foot portfolio. Mr. Armstrong joined Elberon Development Group in 2013 following twelve years as a commercial real estate broker covering the real estate markets along the New Jersey Turnpike corridor. Prior to joining Elberon, Mr. Armstrong held the position of Vice President at Lee & Associates New Jersey where, in 2012, he was ranked among the market’s top brokers by CoStar Group® based on transaction volume. He also held the position of Vice President at Grubb & Ellis where he earned the distinction of being recognized by Real Estate New Jersey as one of New Jersey’s top 40 brokers under the age of 40. Mr. Armstrong began his real estate career with CB Richard Ellis in 2002.
