Terri Torregrossa

As Senior Vice President of Leasing, Terri Torregrossa oversees leasing and marketing initiatives for a portfolio consisting of 1.4 million square feet of office space located throughout Houston. She has been actively involved as an exclusive landlord representative successfully negotiating new leases, renewals and expansions. With more than 30 years of experience in the Houston commercial real estate market, Terri has consistently generated an average of over 100 lease transactions annually for the last 15 years. She was named one of the top 25 “Power Brokers” by Costar and has been recognized as a real estate “Heavy Hitter” by the Houston Business Journal. Prior to joining Avison Young, Terri previously served as Senior Vice President of Leasing for Madison Marquette and Moody Rambin Interests where she was responsible for marketing & leasing a suburban office portfolio totaling approximately 1.5 million square feet. She also served as Senior Marketing Director and Property Manager for Kennedy-Wilson International and Leasing Director and Property Manager for Mack-Cali Realty Corporation where she was responsible for leasing and managing an office portfolio totaling 1.0 million square feet. Terri is a graduate from the University of Houston. She earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is a licensed real estate professional with the State of Texas.
