Raised in The Woodlands, Teresa Sartin is the Team Lead of the Sartin Team. Prior to starting her real estate career, Teresa owned and operated her own business for 20 years. She has been a resident of Montgomery County for over 40 years; therefore, she is familiar with the Houston, Spring, Conroe, and surrounding areas. As a born leader, Teresa’s quaint dreams of being an area Realtor quickly transgressed into leading a team of full time Realtors, placing in the Top 5 teams for ten consecutive years. The Sartin team has accumulated many awards over the years such as fifth place in Group Closed Volume, fifth place in Group Listing Units, fifth place in Group Closed Units and, and seventh place in Group Listing Volume all in 2017. The Sartin team also was also recognized in 2017 for being in the President’s Circle meaning they placed in the Top 50 in the Market Center. When she is not guiding her team to success, Teresa serves on the ALC committee where she is a committee chair on the marketing committee. Teresa also cofounded the Wilona Dyson Charitable Foundation and serves as the coordinator for the foundation’s annual Talent Show.
