Tere Blanca

Tere Blanca is the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Inc. She founded the firm in 2009 after identifying a need in the marketplace for a local advisory and brokerage firm built on a culture of giving clients a collaborative and highly personalized approach to service. Ms. Blanca has over 25 years of experience in the South Florida real estate sector, having participated in many projects ranging from land acquisition to the master planning, design, construction, marketing, lease-up, and sale of office and mixed-use assets. Throughout her career, Ms. Blanca has been actively engaged in helping clients optimize the financial outcome of their real estate decisions. Recent clients include Agave Holdings; All Aboard Florida; Banyan Street Capital; DRA Advisors LLC; Lincoln Property Company and Prudential Real Estate Investors; Related Group; and the Miami Herald Media Company; the University of Miami, to name a few.
