Teo has been actively involved in Chicago’s real estate market for over 15 years. A serial entrepreneur and businessman, he has founded various companies over the years, focusing on real estate design, development, and construction. Teo has gained experience in all levels of land development and home-building. This includes property level feasibility, due diligence analysis, acquisitions, financing, entitlements, design & architecture, and general contracting. He has completed over 1,000 construction projects ranging in size and complexity, and totaling over $50,000,000. Seasoned real estate investors and large property management firms have come to rely on his design and construction expertise. After having built Halo Construction DBM, Inc. into a sizeable company with double digit growth in each of the last five years, he began focusing his energy on multi-unit real estate development. In 2013, Teo founded Cloud Property Management, LLC with the goal of building and self-managing an ever-expanding multi-family real estate portfolio. Relying of his design and construction expertise, Cloud began targeting and acquiring properties where rezoning, redesign, and reuse created substantial upside opportunities in property valuations. To date Cloud and its affiliate entities have purchased over 125 units, ranging from three flats to larger commercial, residential, and special use properties through-out the Chicagoland area, with a strategic focus in the Pilsen neighborhood. The portfolio currently has an as-completed value in excess of $20MM. With a combination with time-tested strategies such as quality control, recruitment of top talent, and an understanding of the market place, Cloud Property Management has experienced double digit growth in each of the past four years. Teo holds a B.S. in Telecommunications Management. When he’s not working, he is an avid chess player and serves as a Youth Pastor for Philadelphia Church, located in Chicago’s Ravenswood neighborhood. Teo is married with three young children and their family resides in the north suburbs.
