Teodor Vacev
Teo Vacev is an investment real estate specialist with Marcus & Millichap. Teo was recruited to play soccer at Menlo College, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2004. He is now a guest lecturer in real estate and finance classes at his Alma Mater. Teo's investment real estate career began with CBRE in 2004, and since his move to Marcus & Millichap in 2006 he has been with the firm in a number of positions; underwriting, marketing, contracts, negotiation and due diligence for 55 commercial transactions totaling $320M+ in value. The focus has been to work closely with a select group of private clients to solve complex problems, improve income streams, maximize values and grow the client's portfolio. Teo is married to his high school sweetheart Ivayla and lives in San Mateo with their three beautiful daughters.
