Teddy Leonard
Teddy Leonard is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal at Stonecliff, a company started in 2025. With over 10 years of experience, Teddy has successfully closed more than $1 billion in transactions and has leased or sold over 250 properties. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single and multi-tenant net lease investment properties across the country. Teddy began his career in 2014 as a Leasing Broker specializing in Tenant Representation, a role he held for five years. In 2019, he transitioned to Net Lease investment sales, where he has continued to build his expertise and reputation in the industry. Teddy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas State University. In his free time, Teddy enjoys spending time with his wife, Dena, their two kids, Myer and Sammy, and their two dogs, Shay and Major. He is an avid traveler, having visited 31 countries and counting. He also loves cooking, golfing, trying new restaurants, and spending time outdoors.
