Theodore Zwicker specializes in the sale of development sites as well as sale and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties and is a member of the NAI Retail Sales and Leasing team. Zwicker's experience as a partner in development firms as well as a principal has provided invaluable experience in representing owners and sellers of property. Just prior to coming to NAI, Ted was a Vice President at Sperry Van Ness for 6 years. Zwicker was previously, a managing partner supervising the development, sale and leasing of the 250 acre Commerce Industrial Park, a business park in Rancho Cucamonga. This project included the development of a 411,000 SF spec industrial building that was leased to Whirlpool. He also served as Vice President of Mutual Building and Engineering, where he was in charge of leasing 1,000,000 SF of office buildings that the company developed in Los Angeles. Zwicker has developed several office and retail properties including 100,000 SF of office buildings in Inland Empire. Clients have included DR Horton, GL Realty, Nara Bank, Mercy Housing and Directv.
