Since entering the commercial real estate industry with Colliers International in 1997, Ted Winskill has become an expert in the North King / South Snohomish County industrial and office markets in addition to the Eastside industrial market. Ted joins ORION having represented a wide range of clients in leasing and sales transactions including investment and owner/user sales over his career. Staying focused on real estate fundamentals, Ted continues to add value for his clients, who appreciate his keen market insights and strong work ethic. He always goes the extra mile to help the parties he represents succeed. Outside of the office, Ted enjoys the great outdoors and takes full advantage of the ideal camping and hiking trails that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
