Ted Stafford

President and Founder of Stafford Commercial Real Estate, has over 30 years of experience in the Los Angeles marketplace. He originally started his real estate career with the George Elkins Company in Beverly Hills and then later went to work for Bert J. Friedman Associates and Ronald S. Kates & Company in the West Hollywood and then the Senior Vice President and Executive Director in charge of leasing and sales. Ted is the owner of several commercial properties in West Hollywood himself and is a strong advocate of supporting local businesses in the general area and was a member of the Avenues Working Group in West Hollywood in developing a streetscape plan for the City.
