Ted L. Sawyer is a real estate veteran who commenced his career in 1992, Sawyer has successfully negotiated the disposition, acquisitions of commercial property transaction valued in excess of over half a billion dollars. Specializing in west and central orange county his expertise includes sales and leasing of industrial, (landlord and tenant representation), research and development (flex) properties, development, disposition and acquisitions of investment properties, planning, consulting services and estimates of value. In 2003, Sawyer joined Lee & Associates-Newport beach, Inc., a long with his long time partner Darin McDonald, whom he had teamed while at CB Richard Ellis. Sawyer and McDonald became Shareholders at Lee & Associates-Newport Beach, Inc., within two years of joining the Lee organization. As a team, Sawyer and McDonald can concentrate on their individual specialties, meeting the needs of their clients in all aspects of commercial real estate.
