Ted Rivenbark

Mr. Rivenbark is solely focused on retail in the areas of shopping center leasing, land sales, shopping center development, and tenant representation covering the Southwest Riverside County market and expansion into North County San Diego market. Beginning his Real Estate career in 1989 as a Property Manager for Pacifica Holding Company, Mr. Rivenbark managed over one million square feet of office, industrial and retail shopping centers for five years. This invaluable experience paved the way for Mr. Rivenbark to begin his new direction as a Leasing Agent working for Jones Lang LaSalle at a project known as The CaliforniaMart, a one and a half million square foot building, the largest wholesale apparel Mart in the Country. This project represented a very difficult challenge as The Mart had just suffered through a foreclosure and occupancy was at an all-time low of 65 percent. During his tenure, Mr. Rivenbark created a thriving textile resource center comprised of over one hundred companies, representing twelve percent of the overall occupancy. Mr. Rivenbark was named the top producer four years in succession leading the department in overall sales and new business development from 1997 through 2000. In 2000, Mr. Rivenbark joined Prentiss Properties to assist in a similar task, The Academy, a Class A office development comprised of three buildings, consisting of 193,961 rsf. The occupancy had fallen just below 60 percent and in less than one year, Mr. Rivenbark increased the occupancy to 78 percent through the development of an aggressive sales and marketing program. Thereafter, with the value that Mr. Rivenbark added, the Academy building was sold in October of 2002.
