Ted Petrillo

As the fourth generation in a family business, Ted A. Petrillo has overseen all phases of the development process for Westage, including site selection and acquisition, building design and construction, site planning and engineering, government approvals, financing, leasing, sales and marketing. In addition, Ted handles the asset management of the Westage Portfolio and its day-to-day operations. His exclusive focus on healthcare real estate development over the past 25 years has made him an expert in all facets of medical real estate development. Ted has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He is a licensed real estate broker in New York. Ted is an active member of the business community and has served on the boards of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Dutchess County Economic Development Corporation and Elant, a non-profit provider of health and housing solutions in the Hudson Valley.
