Ted has over 23 years of experience in the commercial real estate business. During this time, Ted has primarily focused on the shopping center industry. He joined Thalhimer in July 2000. Ted’s area of expertise includes tenant representation, pre-development leasing, sales and leasing of all retail property types. Ted represents regional and national tenants on their site selections. Ted just completed the development of a shopping center in Suffolk, VA. He was involved in the land acquisition, design of the shopping center and lease negotiations. Presently, the shopping center is 100% leased with such tenants as Panera Bread, Sleepys, AT&T, Moes Southwest Grill and Sally Beauty Supply.
