Ted is originally from St. Thomas, USVI and attended high school and college in the Greater Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Currently Ted resides in Williamsburg, VA where his community involvement includes the Williamsburg and Peninsula Chamber of Commerce(s), Board of Directors of: York County – James City County – Williamsburg Community Action Agency and Coaches Youth sports. Ted finds support from his wife of twenty-five years, Evelyn, and his three sons Theo, Brandon and Chase.
