Ted Kim

Ted Kim is in charge of Proland Property Management, a division of Nexus Investments. He is responsible to establishing the most effective property management program for institutions and individual clients, and he has an excellent reputation and a proven track record in this field. He has been working in real estate brokerage and property management since 1991. He is providing in-depth knowledge of Banking, Real Estate Investments and property management through his career at Community Bank, Investment Banking firm like Prudential Securities and Coldwell Banker Commercial. He graduated from University of California, Irvine, with BA in Economics in 1989. He is happily married to a beautiful wife, Eunice and has two wonderful children, David and Nicole. He currently attends and serves Southern California Sa-Rang Community Church.
