Ted Branson

Ted Branson has been a commercial-industrial specialist for 45 years. He ran the Wichita Coldwell Banker Commercial office for 7 years. For 24 years before that he worked for his father in the family’s commercial brokerage and property management business, Branson & Associates, Inc. Ted graduated from WSU in 1977. He is a member of WAAR, KAR, SIOR and NAR Realtor associations, and the local CCIM chapter. Ted is married to Rhonda, and has 2 grown sons, Blake and Jeff. He is involved in Christian activities. Ted has handled all types and sizes of leases and sales for retail, office, warehouse, manufacturing, mini-storage, land and investment properties, with priority on the best interests of the client. The new affiliation is a great fit, as Ted brings industrial expertise that Landmark has wanted, and they provide retail, office, land and development brokerage depth to his work in those areas.
