Ted Baker

Ted began his real estate career in 1987 with Inter-West Leasing & Management in Las Vegas where he was responsible for leasing and sales of the company’s portfolio in excess of 1 million square feet. In 1988, he took a leasing position with The Ribeiro Corporation where he quickly advanced to leasing manager and was responsible for an 8-person leasing team and a portfolio of more than 2 million square feet of office, retail and industrial property. His experience with several developers and national tenants earned him a principal position with Big West Development in 1991. During this time, he was responsible for pre-leasing, tenant coordination and property management of the company’s many projects. In 1995 Ted joined NewMarket Advisors (formerly Site Commercial) and began specializing in tenant and buyer representation. Along with partner Chuck Creigh, he helped build NewMarket Advisors into the market leader in Retail Tenant Advisory. Working for “top of category” clients such as Costco, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Staples, Toys R Us and many other national tenants, Baker has established a reputation for quality, integrity and collegiality. “I am very excited to join forces with Logic Commercial. Along with Charles Creigh, Ted handled the pre-leasing of the first 2 “lifestyle” retail centers in Las Vegas; Rampart Commons and The District at Green Valley Ranch and has been involved in numerous “ground up” retail developments. Ted is a lifelong Las Vegas resident and father of 2 incredibly talented children. He is the Past-President of the Las Vegas West Rotary Club, President of the LVW Charitable Foundation and is active in several local “at risk” schools and children’s charities. His hobbies include golf, fly-fishing and travel.
