Teale Hotchkiss, a Phoenix native, was formerly with Grubb & Ellis for 5 years in the Newport Beach, CA office. She has been with Phoenix Commercial Advisors since June 2005, specializing in strategic retailer and restaurant rollouts throughout Arizona as well as creative infill development/assemblage and redevelopment. Her work includes representation of national retailers such as: Victoria’s Secret, Bath and Body Works, Chipotle, SmashBurger, HSBC, T-Mobile Corporate, Aspen Dental Retail Group and Starbucks. Teale also has experience representing developers on ground-up and infill repositioned centers.
