Taylor Young

Mr. Young joined Hayden Real Estate Investments, LLC in 2012. As Leasing Principal, he is responsible for the leasing activity for acquired properties. Prior to joining Hayden, Mr. Young was partner at Beacon Commercial Real Estate, a boutique brokerage company. During his nine years at Beacon, he consummated more than 420 transactions, totaling more than 4 million square feet, for consideration in excess of $500 million dollars. He also possesses a wealth of experience nationally, having successfully negotiated transactions in 44 states. Mr. Young, presently serves on the Board of Directors for the Chester County Commercial, Industrial Investment Council and the Philadelphia Regional Chapter for the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors. He is a past board member Chester County Economic Development Council and SeedCo of PA.
