Taylor Smith

Taylor Smith is an associate at JRT Realty Group responsible for market research, lease review and negotiations, due diligence, site selection and transaction support at JRT Realty Group, Inc. (JRT). She has represented retail and office properties throughout the five boroughs including the Port Authority Bus Terminal, Journal Square Transportation Center, Court Square Place, and 80 Pine Street. Her work for the Port Authority over a two-year period included leasing more than 10,000 sf of retail space at the Midtown Bus Terminal and Journal Square Transportation Center in Jersey City, securing such brands as Starbucks and Hudson News. Taylor graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Italian.
