Taylor began his commercial real estate career with Cone Middour Partners in late 2013. Ever since, Taylor has remained focused and persistent on the basics that build a strong foundation in this business. This entails representing tenants in ways that never forsake the keys of trust, loyalty, sweat equity, diligence, and efficiency. Above all else forming a relationship leading to mutual success in business and in life. Taylor’s journey began representing both Landlords and Tenants in the leasing and sale of commercial real estate, which has allowed him to learn the motivations of both sides of every transaction. His first year in the industry allowed him to gain necessary expertise to service office, industrial, retail, and medical transactions. Now he focuses on representing tenants who wish to relocate, renew, expand, or acquire properties throughout the Atlanta region. Taylor advocates “The opportunities in this industry are endless when you pursue them with creativity, drive, and passion. The key to a successful commercial real estate career directly correlates to my keys of becoming a great man in life as well.
