Taylor Hick

Taylor Hick is an integral part of the Downey Tenant Advisory Team at Cushman & Wakefield. With 8 years of tenant representation experience in the CRE industry, he works closely with Larry Downey, CRE | Vice Chairman, and Candace Thrush in the Phoenix office. His focus is site-selection advisory, new business development for both new and existing clients providing Tenant Representation services utilizing the Cushman & Wakefield global platform. He brings a strong work-ethic, and a positive synergy to the team. Additionally, he currently serves as the Chair of the CoreNet Global Young Leaders Board and is an active board member of the CoreNet Arizona Chapter. Originally, from Colorado, he earned his degree from Arizona State University.
