Taylor Beale
Taylor Beale serves the firm as the Leasing and Asset Manager. Taylor was born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia where she first grew her love for real estate by watching her parents, who are developers. In 2013 she came to Greenville to attend East Carolina University where she received a degree in Public Health with a concentration in Pre-Health. Taylor began her commercial real estate career with the Overton Group in 2021. She focuses on the development of the commercial property management department while overseeing the leasing department as well. She is passionate about continuing her education and has ambitious intentions to demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience in the commercial real estate industry. Outside of real estate, Taylor is extremely family-oriented and loves spending quality time with her loved ones. She enjoys helping others and always maintains a smile on her face. Taylor has made Greenville home and is excited to expand the growth here in Eastern North Carolina.
