I was born and raised in Coalinga, California. I have been a licensed Realtor since 1991 and am a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI). I started my real estate career in Corvallis, Oregon in 1991 and obtained my associate broker’s license for the state of Oregon in 1995. After a while of working in Central and Southern Oregon, I decided to move back to California to continue my real estate career. I obtained my license in California in 1996. After working in Coalinga for a few years I decided to move back to Southern Oregon, where I worked for The Real Estate Center in Medford, Oregon. After a few years there we felt the desire to move back to California. We relocated to Paso Robles, where I continued my career with Prudential Hallmark Real Estate. I decided to obtain my broker’s license so that I could move back to Coalinga. In October of 2003 my animals and I all moved back home. I currently own a ranch in Warthan Canyon which is about 12 miles west of Coalinga. In November of 2003 I opened Mid State Realty. All the different places I have worked gave me great opportunities to expand my knowledge in sub-division sales, rural residential properties, lots and land, commercial as well as re-sale residential. Since opening my office I have received the “Five Star” recognition on behalf of Fresno Magazine multiple times. I have also been recognized as Citizen of the Year from Coalinga Chamber of Commerce. This award is a huge honor and great recognition for the effort I put in all I do! I have 5 Sales Associates, one of whom is Spanish speaking, and a full-time assistant working along side of me at Mid State Realty. I take pride in the hard work and dedication that I have put forward to Make Mid State Realty a successful and reputable business. I have a very energetic and enthusiastic approach to all my real estate transactions and I know the importance of “going the extra mile” to help you!
