Tatum Flynn is Executive Managing Director in Savills Nashville office, where he provides transaction and account management services to both local and national clientele. His primary responsibilities include developing new business, strategic planning, analyzing real estate markets/submarkets, and negotiating lease transactions. Tatum provides clients with fully integrated commercial real estate services, including structuring and negotiating commercial leases, developing comprehensive and strategic real estate plans, assisting with the acquisition and disposition of owned or leased properties and portfolio/lease administration. Working in partnership with his clients, Tatum applies a strategic approach to defining their optimal decision-making framework. He has a proven track record of helping to reduce operating costs and align real estate strategies. His objective in all instances is to guide his clients in aligning their real estate with their business strategies and improve their bottom line. Tatum joined Savills in 2019 from Cresa, where he was a principal for 6 years. His clients have included LiveNation, OfficeMax, VMG, DentaQuest, VEBA, Beecher Carlson, SpecialtyCare and CoreVel, among others. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2007 with Newmark Knight Frank. In 2019 Tatum was named as a Power Leader in Commercial Real Estate by the Nashville Business Journal. Tatum is a junior board member of the American Cancer Society and chaired the Williamson County Relay for Life. He is a graduate of the Young Leaders Program and is in training to become an American Red Cross board member. He is active in the Sewanee Alumni Association.
