Prior to joining Brixton, Taso was at Lennard Commercial where he celebrated his client’s success by being the Top Producer over the course of the 7 years he was with the company. Throughout his carrier, Land Development gave him the opportunity to work alongside developers and gain comprehensive knowledge and expertise from planning to fruition, adding a layer of expertise when advising on investment properties. His multi-layered knowledge gives him the ability to fully understand the broader project context and the implications of every decision. He's privileged to have worked with the institutional and private-equity investment community, prominent land developers, as well as the large national retailers which paint the Canadian landscape. Completed transactions with such retailers as Walmart, Home Depot, Sobeys, Loblaws, and over 30 transactions with Shoppers Drug Mart, just to name a few. With a global perspective and on-the-ground local expertise, Taso has transacted on over $2.3 billion in investment real estate across various asset classes, consulted on over 2 million square feet of new ground-up retail developments, and transacted on over 2,500 acres of development land for an aggregate value of more than $4 billion.
