With over two decades of experience in construction, real estate, and investment, Tashanna brings a strategic and results-driven approach to every transaction. Since 2004, she has operated as a construction company owner, real estate agent, and investor, allowing her to understand the full spectrum of property development, leasing, and acquisitions. Her background also includes extensive government experience, having served as an accountant for both the Department of Environmental Management and Real Property Tax, as well as an appraiser. As a Collection Supervisor, she handled complex tax sale surplus claims, reviewing title and legal documents in a quasi-corporation counsel capacity to ensure rightful entitlement. Additionally, her experience as a former ranch owner gives her a deep understanding of land use, development, and property management. Beyond her technical expertise, Tashanna is passionate about helping people find the right fit—whether it’s the perfect property, the right business opportunity, or the connections they need to move forward. She thrives on building strong relationships, problem-solving, and making the process as smooth as possible. Her hands-on, solutions-focused approach allows her to navigate challenges, advocate for her clients, and structure deals that align with their long-term goals.
