Tara Finnegan has been an innovative member of the commercial real estate community in Vancouver since she began her career at CBRE Limited in 2002. Focused on solutions that are as positive to the bottom line as the environments themselves, Tara has developed a network of clients who share in her passion for brand definition, environmental responsibility, and social impact initiatives that translate to positive change within communities. Tara has implemented her detailed acceleration approach to expand numerous clients in their global growth initiatives, protecting brand integrity while meeting and exceeding financial objectives, establishing locations across North America, Europe, Asia and Australia. As a creative partner, Tara works with her clients in all aspects of securing lease premises, adjusting requirements for maximum flexibility while protecting financial interests, resulting in immense value through the acquisition of commercial property. Tara launched 10X10 Philanthropy Vancouver in 2015 to support grassroots philanthropic initiatives and inspire active participation among professionals in the city. She has always supported women’s career advancement in commercial real estate and is the Co-chair of CBRE’s National Diversity Equity and Inclusion Council. Recently Tara was awarded the inaugural Changemaker Award by CBRE Canada for her significant positive impact on the company, industry and in the community.
