With more than seven years of experience, Tara England is an office leasing specialist in Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast, working on an array of real estate projects that vary in complexity and size. Specializing in agency leasing and tenant representation services within the South Florida office market, Ms. England has successfully negotiated over 3 million square feet of commercial lease transactions, totaling $10,854,034. Her current assignments include Financial Center at the Gardens and Gardens Plaza in Palm Beach Gardens, and Flagler Center, Waterfront Clematis, Horizons Business Center and Concourse Towers in West Palm Beach among others. A lifelong resident of Palm Beach County, Ms. England is familiar and knowledgeable in the various submarkets and key office properties within the area and has built a reputation for creating custom solutions for her clients’ real estate challenges. Ms. England is a member of the Junior League of the Palm Beaches and an active Board Member of Palm Beach and Treasure Coast Chapter of CREW as well as the Palm Beach County American Lung Association. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. England was the Marketing Director at a West Palm Beach architectural firm, responsible for creating proposals, collateral and maintaining client and professional relationships.
