T.J. Ward

T.J. has experience in marketing, sales, leasing, tenant representation, commercial development, and project-specific financing and is looking forward to assisting you with your commercial real estate. T.J. also owns and manages a portfolio of multifamily, retail, and office properties in the Greater Kalamazoo Area. T.J. attended Ferris State University (Go Bulldogs!), where he graduated with an associate’s degree in Graphic Design and a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Integrated Marketing Communications. T.J. moved to the Kalamazoo area in 2013 from the Lansing area, but originally hails from Ann Arbor. T.J. and his wife Kasey live in the Richland area with their daughter Grace. In his time away from the office, he enjoys golfing, spending time at his family’s cabin in Northern Michigan, and brewing and drinking craft beer.
