T.D. Briggs

As managing director, he oversees office leasing and management activities in the South Central Region. The Dallas office portfolio consists of 28 leasing agents, 30 million square feet of leasing, and 20 million square feet of managed properties. T. D. entered the commercial real estate industry with the Trammell Crow Company where he worked from 1987-2002. His initial emphasis was in office leasing where he was a top producer for many years. During that time, T. D. championed several office developments and was responsible for pre-leasing and leasing activities. T. D. was promoted to Partner in 1998 where he eventually managed the Dallas Office and Industrial divisions. In 2002, T. D. co-founded Peloton Commercial Real Estate; which specialized in leasing and managing office product in the major Texas markets. T. D. co-lead the company which grew to 5 cities, 275 employees, over 25 million square feet of leasing, and a 15 million square foot management portfolio. Peloton sold to JLL in October of 2019. T.D has spent his entire 34-year career in the Dallas office market.
