A seasoned real estate professional since 1997, Mr. Macker is recognized as an expert in the Westside, specializing in investment sales and property transactions in Los Angeles' most sought-after neighborhoods. He provides expert guidance on partnerships, 1031 exchanges, sale-leasebacks, and various investment strategies, earning a reputation as a top advisor for both private and institutional clients. During his tenure with Coldwell Banker Commercial, Mr. Macker received multiple accolades, including being named one of the Top 5 Sales Professionals in North America multiple times. In 2017, he was the second highest-ranking producer out of over 3,000 agents across the U.S. and Canada. He consistently ranked in the Top 1% globally and was honored with the prestigious “Circle of Distinction” from 2004 to 2017. Notably, he was awarded Coldwell Banker Commercial's Platinum Distinction and was a top producer, ranking #2 in the nation for 2017 and 2016, #3 for 2015, #7 for 2014, #3 for 2013, and #4 for 2012. Mr. Macker is an active member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and UCLA’s Ziman Center for Real Estate. He also served on the National Advisory Board for Coldwell Banker Commercial representing California. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Boston College in 1997 and was a consistent top performer at Grubb & Ellis Company before joining WESTMAC Commercial Brokerage Company.
