ABOUT

Sutter has been an apartment broker since 2019 and joined the Marcus & Millichap Sacramento Office in 2024 specializing in the Sacramento Region and Greater Northern California. Sutter is a born and raised Sacramento native with generational ties to the real estate and sports communities. Sutter's main focus is to support and expand the team's business across the Sacramento and Central Valley regions. His mission is to align his client's goals with focused hands on brokerage to drive superior results. Sutter has a demonstrated track record of representing private high net worth individuals, syndications, and institutional capital. Sutter received his Bachelor's degree in Communications from California State University, Sacramento. He enjoys staying active outdoors and participating in open water swimming events across CA. Past Experience: Sutter was a Division 1 pitcher for the Sacramento State baseball team and attended on Scholarship. He was selected by the Philadelphia Phillies in the 2015 MLB Draft after his Junior season and was forced to medically retire due to shoulder surgery in 2018. He was inducted into the Sacramento State Baseball Hall of Fame in 2024 where he holds numerous program records.
