I became a Realtor in 2003 and have been serving Columbia County and many other communities throughout Oregon ever since. I have many accomplishments not only as a Realtor but as a Businesswoman and Community Volunteer. I am passionate about my work and believe in projects that have far-reaching economic and livability benefits from an individual level to the whole community. A true people person and entrepreneur, I have the experience and skills to bring people together to turn an idea into a reality. Some of my sales include Violette Villa Park where the new Legacy Clinic, a 204-unit Apartment Complex, Grocery Outlet and a Popeye Chicken site that is now under contract are located in the heart of St. Helens along Hwy 30. I have sold many Restaurants including the Varsity Bar and Grill which is now Starbucks w/2 retail spaces, The Klondike in St. Helens and now have Scappoose bagel under contract. I recently sold the Columbia Veterinary Clinic in St. Helens along with the 2 parcel's that was included on same lot, a commercial lot next to Bi-Mart which will soon be developed, and many other of the businesses in Columbia County and other counties. I also specialized in Homes and Land. We sold Clatskanie Woods 35 lot Sub-division which we only have 4 lots (2 are pending) and 1 home left to sell in less than 3 years. I have under contract a local Golf Course, Commercial property in Terrebonne, Oregon. I have listed at this time, 2 commercial City Blocks in Forest Grove, 3 Commercial property/land on Hwy 30 in Rainier, St. Helens and Scappoose Oregon, 4 Residential homes. 2 Floating homes and. additional 2 personal lots. I am currently working on putting together a 55 and 0ver Community from locating the property to putting investors and developers together, arranging the Manufactured home company together with us to selling the lots and MH homes in Prineville Oregon which is desperately needed in their community. I helped start SHEDCO (St. Helens Economic Development Company), 13 Nights on the River, and currently serve on the Scappoose Economic Development Committee. I served as the Event Coordinator for the Scappoose Sauerkraut Festival of 2019 and Scappoose 100-year Centennial Festival in 2021 and was presented with a Special Recognition award from the City of Scappoose due to their huge success for both.
