Susan Sykes

Susan is an Associate Broker for Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Metro East. She joined the Real Estate market in 2012 after a successful career managing a Wholesale Annual Flower Nursery. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BSA in Agriculture. Her transition into Real Estate was inspired by her mother, who was a highly acclaimed Realtor and investment property manager. Susan’s excellent organization and people skills make her a superior negotiator and asset to her clients. She has been recognized as a member of the Walton Barrow Board of Realtors Circle of Excellence for the past 11 years and has closed more than $46 million in real estate transactions. Susan recently partnered with Chad Draper to form The Eulalia Group Real Estate Team. The Eulalia Group functions as a vertically integrated Real Estate Sales, Property Management, Development and Construction firm here in Walton County. Susan has been married to her husband, Jason, for 25 years. They have two children, Sarah, and Alex. She is a member of the Walton/Barrow Board of Realtors, AAAR (Athens Area Association of Realtors), National Association of Realtors, Monroe Rotary Club, Walton County Chamber of Commerce, and is an active member of Leadership Walton Alumni Association, Monroe Tree Board, and volunteers for and sponsors many Downtown Monroe functions. Susan prides herself in achieving her goals by helping others achieve theirs first.
