Her list of clients and investment groups include national builders, shopping center developers, and hoteliers, as well as industrial, gaming, and healthcare companies. She also specializes in real estate auctions and has extensive knowledge of acquiring distressed assets through public auctions and trustees’ sales. Her skills also include rehabilitating, repurposing and repositioning properties for sale on the open market. Ms. Krygiell is a multiple recipients of the Executives’ Club and Diamond Club Awards.
