Susan Haysom is a Senior Associate with seven years of experience serving clients in Houston and across the globe. These clients include industrial, tenants, buyers, sellers, landlords, and developers with assignments ranging from 1,000 SF to +1,000,000 SF in size. Susan manages a number of client services, including, but not limited to lease negotiations, market research, cost-reduction strategies, site selection, and marketing. Prior to joining CBRE, Susan was a member of the tenant representation team at Stream and a Marketing Associate at JLL.
