Susan has always harbored a passion for real estate. Obtaining her license in the 70s, she juggled part-time work with schooling, serving as a leasing agent for a local apartment complex. Susan's dedication led to a steady progression, ascending from part-time to full-time work and eventually assuming the role of manager. With years spent in the multifamily sector, Susan, responded to an advertisement in the local newspaper. This pivotal step led her to a position where she managed nine (9) shopping centers and an office building. Becoming the District Manager for an out-of-state corporation was a significant achievement. In this capacity, Susan, held the responsibility of overseeing leasing and management for all Virginia properties, maintaining a direct line of communication with the Vice President. As time passed, new properties were procured in Florida, expanding her purview. Travelling extensively throughout various states, she evaluated documents in the process of potentially acquiring new properties for the company's portfolio. Furthermore, during property sales, she ensured seamless transitions by providing consultation to new owners. Susan's adeptness at orchestrating deals to the benefit of all involved parties was nothing short of an art form.
